During pregnancy, there's nothing more important than taking good care of your body for the health of you and your little one. And as any woman who has been pregnant can tell you, one of the biggest things to take care of, after regular doctor's visits and prenatal pills of course, is your feet.

Along toward the end of your pregnancy, your feet and back start to hurt all the time - and if they don't, you are a lucky, lucky woman! Which is why it's so important to have excellent shoes, ones that are comfortable and support your feet. This is even more true if you have a job that keeps you on your feet all day. So here then are the top three pairs of Dansko footwear for pregnant women.

Dansko Marah

Shoe #1: The Marah.

With the seal of acceptance from the APMA, or American Podiatric Medical Association, this version of the Dansko stapled clog is low to the ground, and features an ankle strap to keep the shoe in place. Perfect for the early months of pregnancy, these Danskos are cute, comfortable and supportive, all important things for any pregnant woman!

Dansko Sonja

Shoe #2: The Sonja.

Of course, toward the end of pregnancy ankle straps are completely out of the question! Never mind that you can't even see your feet, there's no force that is worth bending over to put your shoes on! Which is where the Sonja comes in, another version of the Dansko stapled clog. Easy to slip on and off, these lovely pieces of Dansko footwear are perfect for support, style and not having to bend over!

Dansko Carmen

Shoe #3: The Carmen.

And speaking of not having to bend over, during pregnancy it's even better when your shoes are comfortable, slip-on, cool and wide enough for swollen feet. Which is why the Carmen is the third perfect Dansko shoe for pregnancy. With all the tech features that make Dansko footwear both incredibly comfortable and supportive, the Carmen is a sandal. And as those of us who have been pregnant can tell you, sandals are just right during those last few weeks of pregnancy, and those first few weeks of motherhood, when feet are sore and swollen.

I need a good pair of shoes. I'm pregnant and I'm a full time employee and I spend many hours on my feet and at the end of the day my feet feel bruised completely. Please help me find a good pair of shoes.
